Nope. Our team handles every aspect of your bathtub or shower remodel from start to finish, including demo. We carefully remove all plumbing fixtures, accessories, shower walls, and the shower/bathtub on installation day before beginning any work.

We use protective coverings to cover all surfaces and floors in your home, starting at your front door and ending at your shower space. We also tape the bathroom door closed from the inside to prevent dirt and dust from escaping. Once demo is complete, we carefully remove all old shower or bathtub materials from your home.

Before starting any work on installing your new shower, we clean up the bathroom and pathways to remove all debris. We want the installation process to be as mess-free and stress-free as possible, so we take every precaution to protect your home from dirt and damage.

We know we’re likely not your cheapest option because of the quality we (and Jacuzzi®) offer. However, regarding your bathroom remodeling project, we always aim to provide the best possible value and ensure it’s affordable for you. Most of our bathtub and shower remodels (as well as tub-to-shower conversions) take 1 to 3 days. It depends on your bath space’s current condition and any issues uncovered during the demolition phase, such as rotten subfloors, hidden leaks, and more. We don’t apply any bandaids or cover-up workmanship. We fix everything from the ground up for a rock-solid, high-quality new shower system.

The cost of our shower materials varies widely depending on the textures, styles, fixtures, accessories, and any custom safety upgrades you choose. Another factor we must assess is the current plumbing and condition of the bath space — we’ll look for any existing water or mold issues that need to be addressed.

From there, we’ll have a better idea of what we need to do to remove your old shower or bathtub and install your beautiful new bath area. At Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Of Middle Georgia, we only install 100% virgin acrylic in our shower systems instead of a “re-ground” or “recycled” acrylic.

Recycled or re-ground acrylics are made from scrap produced during the fabrication or cutting process. This scrap undergoes heating and remolding to form new sheets. The process results in a product that’s inferior to virgin acrylic in durability and UV protection. By only using 100% virgin acrylic, we can guarantee a product that never fades, discolors, cracks, or stains.

We have different materials for every style and budget, including our virgin acrylic and our patented Jacuzzi® Tri-Tek® material. This premium material is a composite of an expanded PVC core, front/back aluminum sheet, and a high-pressure laminate cover.

Both are available in various luxurious styles, colors, and textures. Our showers are extremely durable (never chip, fade, crack, etc. ), completely waterproof, and antimicrobial, so you never have to worry about mold and mildew. Jacuzzi® showers and Jacuzzi® bathtubs are built to last a lifetime. That’s why we offer a limited lifetime warranty (subject to certain conditions) for as long as you own your home. Our warranty covers all Jacuzzi® products, parts, and labor.

Fiberglass is relatively inexpensive when it comes to remodeling your shower. However, there are some significant drawbacks to this low-cost option. Fiberglass showers are difficult to clean due to their porous nature. They’re also prone to stains and cracks, have no warranty, and only offer a temporary solution — you’ll eventually have to replace it again.

Jacuzzi® showers are designed to last a lifetime. They’re durable (they will never chip, fade, or crack), mold- and mildew-resistant, and easy to clean.

Our lead times (the time from work agreement to installation) vary depending on several factors. Materials are ordered three business days after we reach an agreement. Once materials are ordered, Jacuzzi® will manufacture, prepare, and carefully ship your job-specific materials to our Dublin location.

Once received, our team carefully checks the shipment to ensure materials aren’t damaged and the correct items were sent. Once received, our production manager will schedule your project. Lead times are subject to vary in length, but an average of 6-8 weeks is to be expected.
