For this Middle GA tub and shower remodeling project, we helped a local homeowner in Cochran, GA. Cheralyn asked us to transform her outdated, mold-infested wet area into a spacious and beautiful shower and tub – and we didn’t disappoint.

The Problem: An Outdated Tub And Shower With Mold
There was an obvious leak in the shower, which had been an issue for several years.

The Solution: We Went Down To The Studs
And Built It All Back Brand New
When demolition began, it was discovered that the ENTIRE wall behind the shower was covered in mold — not just the shower plumbing. Additionally, since there was a leak, the copper pipes were turning every shower component green.
It was a mess.
Fortunately for Cheralyn, fixing every issue was built into her quote. The mold removal, the damaged pipes… the whole shebang.
So, we fixed everything. We got rid of the mold, replaced damaged pipes, and removed damaged parts of the flooring.
After all damaged tub and shower components were removed, we built back anew:

We had a chance to discuss the project with Cheralyn. Here are some answers she gave about her new tub and shower.
Q: How Did You Discover Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Middle GA?
I know Shane (that’s our Vice President) and knew bath remodels were what he does. He was somebody I trusted. A lot of times when I have dealt with other contractors, they have not always felt trustworthy so I felt comfortable going with someone that I knew and trusted.
Q: What Did You Enjoy About The Installation Process?
The biggest bonus for me was that I knew a lot of the people who work for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Middle GA.
I felt comfortable just giving the installation team the garage code. That allowed them to come work in my home while I wasn’t there because it is very difficult for me to get off work. And I felt 100% confident and comfortable having the installation guys in the house working while I was not there. I felt totally safe and comfortable with them.
Probably the second big thing was the lifetime warranty on the different products. It was an expensive project. I feel confident in the investment knowing that if something goes wrong, there’s a guarantee behind it.
Q. How Do You Feel About Your New Jacuzzi Bath Space?
I really like it. It makes me so happy.
Q: What Features Of Your New Bath Space Do You Love The Most?
I like the aesthetic of it and the groutlessness of the shower. The ease of care being able to wipe it down with some mild cleaners and rock on. Also, the anti-mold and anti-mildew properties, especially after what I had experienced previously in my bath space.
Q: Did Your Remodel Meet Your Design And Functionality Expectations?
Yes. It is the contemporary look I was going for with the frameless shower and freestanding bathtub. It looks high-end.
Q: How Would You Describe The Quality Of Our Services?
They did a nice job. If I had concerns, they addressed them with me. The guys were really great about that. If I got home from work and had questions about something that was going on during the installation, the guys were really helpful and good about explaining things. If there was ever something I wanted addressed, they were on it.
